Diana is a harpist based in the San Francisco Bay Area.  She plays and composes on a variety of modern lever and ethnic harps. She has been playing for years for various events and receptions such as weddings, theatrical and dance performances, private parties, libraries, children's events, and afternoon teas.  Her large repertoire consists of European Renaissance and Medieval music, Celtic and other music from the British Isles, Classical, Latin, and popular tunes.  She is also known for her original compositions for the harp, many which have been written specifically for weddings. 

As a concert harpist, Diana has toured Europe and the US performing world music and original compositions since 1990.   She performs as a soloist, and in ensembles such as the duo TWIN HARPS with Cheryl Ann Fulton (Modern lever and Medieval harps), the fusion trio GEIST, with singer RuthCunningham (Sacred music), and the Celtic harp trio TRISKELA. 

She is founder and director of the popular "Festival of Harps(sm)" concert series, the Bay Area Youth Harp Ensemble, the World Festival of Harps National touring show.  She is also co-producer of the "Harpestry" recording series on Universal/PolyGram Records.  From the popularity of these recordings the 2nd recording, "Celtic Harpestry" was turned into a one-hour documentary.  It was shot in Lismore Castle, Ireland and became a national PBS Special.

Diana is a popular teacher in the San Francisco Bay Area.  She teaches privately in studios in Berkeley and San Francisco.  She has also taught workshops for the German Harp Society, Bay Area Folk Harp Society, various chapters of the International Folk Harp Society throughout the US, ISFHC Harp Con, Lark in the Morning Summer Music Camp, etc., and has given numerous lecture-demonstrations in schools and for organizations. She has written three gradated books for harpists.

In 2002, Diana curated an extensive exhibit at the San Francisco Main Library entitled, "The History of the Harp' which was one of the library's most popular exhibits that year.
