Taylor Commercial Brokerage was founded in 1976 after our principal completed four years of work with Arthur Rubloff & Co. of Chicago.  During three of four years, our principal was the leading office leasing broker in San Francisco for Arthur Rubloff & Co.

As an example of our diverse experience, we accomplished the assemblage of three buildings for demolition and development of a new 300,000 sq. ft. office building in the central business district of San Francisco.  We were responsible for transactions to develop the former MJB Coffee building into a 135,000 sq. ft. Print Center at 665 Third Street, San Francisco.  We were able to complete all the transactions by coordinating our work with the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Economic Development.  Then we preleased a major portion of the Print Center to firms to move in and run businesses.

On a day to day basis, we specialize in completing transactions for national companies and local entrepreneurs in San Francisco and San Mateo counties.  Recently we completed a transaction for an auto body shop to occupy 10,000 sq. ft. for up to 10 years.  The purchase by BMW of San Francisco of an 80,000 sq. ft. building which was occupied by FED-EX was accomplished by coordinating efforts with two other brokerage firms.  We helped Brown and Company, an insurance company from Atlanta, Georgia, to locate in less than 2,000 sq. ft. office in San Francisco, while working with a local proprietor who purchased a 3,500 sq. ft. office building.  We continue to succeed collaboratively with many professionals in the San Francisco area to complete U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) type funding for our clients who purchase buildings for their companies to use.
